Harding Farm

Harding Farm is a private family property.  Our guests at Harding Farm are seeking a quiet, cozy and comfortable experience in a charming and convenient environment.  As such, we have learned that the following rules and guidelines are appropriate to make every guest's experience special.  

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in any building at Harding Farm as all of the buildings are historic and made of wood.  

Size of Group: The number of attendees in your party shall not exceed the number of beds in the house you are renting. 

On Site Parties: No guest shall have a party on site without prior approval from the owners of Harding Farm.

Parking - Guests are allowed to have two cars on site.  If you plan to have more than two cars, please seek prior approval from the owners of Harding Farm.

Pets and Animals - Pets are only allowed in the Oriskany House where a fenced in yard is available.  Pets are not allowed in any other house.

Utilities - You are welcome to control the heat and electricity at your convenience.  Of course for expense and environmental reasons, we ask that you turn the heat down and lights off when not in use.

Barns, Grounds and Equipment - Visitors to Harding Farm rent specific guest houses only. Guests are welcome to walk the grounds, hike the woods and use the swings but the barns, shed, tractor, pool and shed are strictly off limits.  

Terms & Conditions - If any of these rules are violated, the owners of Harding Farm retain the right to take whatever action is deemed appropriate including but not limited to additional financial charges or even expulsion.
